About You

People come to counselling for a whole range of reasons and I welcome you whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, problems at work, low self-esteem, distress, loss, stress, uncertainty, anger….the list goes on.

Talking to people close to you – family and friends - can be useful. Yet there can be times when some deeper therapeutic support can be more helpful. Being deeply heard, understood and accepted can form the beginnings of a significant impact on your life, allowing you to grow and more easily deal with life’s challenges. It's not always easy, yet the courage it takes to be open and vulnerable can bring you reward and clarity.

I provide you with the environment and opportunity to reflect upon, understand and determine a way forward. Sometimes, if you’re unsure, muddled or in emotional difficulty, I can help you make sense of things and work out what to do.
