About Me

After many years of working on the people side of things in a business environment (as a Human Resources Consultant) I decided to change direction. I was keen to help individuals during times of difficulty, with compassion for the human being, rather than needing to focus on the business side of matters.

I returned to study a new profession and have since qualified as a Therapeutic Counsellor, become a Registered Member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy), and gained some years of experience counselling a wide range of clients.

I'm a professional, friendly, warm and empathic person. I operate in accordance with the BACP’s Ethical Framework and always hold your well-being at the heart of our work together.
